Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. apples, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour, baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar and vinegar and stir until dough is formed.
    Pat dough into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Arrange apples in the shell and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Beat eggs well and pour over the top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden.
