Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 c. flour, sifted
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
milk
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add sugar, oil, vanilla, lemon juice and salt.
Gradually add flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly, adding milk until it looks like cake batter.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
