Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
5 c. chopped apples
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Beat eggs and sugar until creamy; add oil and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add sifted flour mixture and mix to form stiff dough.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
