Chili-Cheese Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 cans kidney beans
1 pkg. Carroll Shelby's chili mix
1 bay leaf
French fries
shredded cheese
Preparation
-
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add beans, chili mix and bay leaf.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Remove bay leaf.
Fry French fries. Spoon chili over fries and top with shredded cheese.
Serves 10 to 12.
