Breakfast Hit(For Those Who Don'T Like Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and onion in bacon drippings.
    Beat together eggs, salt, pepper and chopped pimiento.
    Add egg mixture to beef mixture.
    Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs are firm. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
