Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 small carton Ricotta cheese (1 lb.)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. or 4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. sour cream
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    At slow speed, in mixer, add cream cheese, Ricotta cheese and sugar.
    Blend well, then add 4 eggs (one at a time).
    Mix well. Add vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, flour and butter.
    At end, fold in pint of sour cream.
