Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cooked, skinned and cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 slices white bread, cubed
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix together and put in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Melt 1 cup margarine in 1 cup milk and pour over potatoes.
    Refrigerate overnight covered with foil.
    Uncover, sprinkle 1 cup cornflakes or Ritz crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
