Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. superfine sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 egg
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare muffin tin with paper liners. In medium bowl, cream sugar and margarine on low speed of electric mixer until smooth.
    Add milk, egg, 2/3 cup flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and salt and mix just until thoroughly blended.
    Gently mix in remaining 2/3 cup flour (batter should still be lumpy).
    Fold in the blueberries.
    Fill muffin tin liners 3/4 full (muffins will rise 1-inch above pan).
    Bake until golden brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
