Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot chorizo sausage*
2 T. olive oil
2 Medium onions, minced
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 medium can mushrooms
2 bay leaves
2 1/4 cups minute rice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts*
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 medium can chopped tomatoes
2 1/4 cups water
1 tsp. thyme
Tabasco to taste
