Spinach Sauteed With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh spinach or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 tsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash spinach several times.
Boil enough water to cover spinach when added.
Add and cook 1 or 2 minutes.
Drain well and cool.
Squeeze excess water from spinach and chop well.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and saute mushrooms, salt and pepper over high heat, stirring often until browned.
Add remaining butter and spinach.
Stir and cook for about 30 seconds.
Sprinkle with garlic and stir.
