Margie'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked (2 small or 1 large) chicken (salt in water)
    3 3/4 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. real mayonnaise
    3/4 c. slivered browned almonds
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. potato chips, crushed
Preparation
    Mix together chicken, celery, onion, lemon juice, pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
    Add almonds.
    Top with Cheddar cheese and potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
    When ready to use, thaw thoroughly and then heat through at 350\u00b0.
    (Doubled easily for a big lunch or dinner.)
