Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
3 c. cut rhubarb
Preparation

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter.
Add eggs; beat smooth. Pour over rhubarb in unbaked shell.
Top with crust or lattice top. Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
