No Cook Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. strawberries
    1 box Sure-Jell
    4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Completely crush strawberries.
    Thoroughly mix sugar with fruit; let it stand 10 minutes.
    Mix the water and Sure-Jell in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in fruit.
    Continue stirring 3 minutes.
    A few sugar crystals will remain.
    Ladle quickly into jars (scald jars first).
    Cover at once.
    Set at room temperature for 24 hours.
    Store in freezer.
    If used in 3 weeks, store in refrigerator.
