Indian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in melted margarine until tender.
    Stir in water, uncooked rice, parsley, bouillon, curry powder, allspice, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Bring to boiling and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Stir in raisins and peanuts.
