Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and roll dough into walnut size balls. Roll the balls in a mixture of two tablespoons of sugar and two teaspoons of cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
