Easy Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    3 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and split
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, mix together the dressing, preserves and onion soup.
    Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake for 25 minutes, covered.
    Uncover; bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until chicken is fork-tender.
    Serve over rice.
