Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (room temperature)
    4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Beat cheese, butter
    and milk with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually
    add
    flour
    mixture.
    Shape teaspoons of dough into 1/2 inch balls.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten
    with
    a
    fork to 1/2 inch thickness.
    Bake 12 minutes until
    bottom
    is brown.
    Cool on cookie sheet or wire rack 1 minute, then remove to rack to cool completely.
    Store in tightly covered container.
    Can keep up to two weeks.
