Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. sausage (optional)
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small can tomatoes
    1/8 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Fry sausage and hamburger until lightly browned.
    Add onions, pepper and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Add tomato sauce and tomatoes; simmer 1 hour or longer.
    Ten minutes before finished, add cheese.
    Mix well.
    Serve over spaghetti.
