Smoky Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) beef brisket
Preparation
    Combine seasonings and pour over brisket; marinate overnight. Place brisket in roasting pan.
    Cover with aluminum foil and place lid on roaster.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Do not remove lid during baking.
    Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
