Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 lb. beef cubes
 
2 cans onion soup (Campbell's)
1 lb. mushrooms
1 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
1 clove garlic
Preparation
- 
                            Brown beef.
 
Pour all ingredients on top of beef.
Use roasting pan with tight lid.
Place in oven for 3 hours at 350\u00b0. Serve with wild rice.
