Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef
    1 medium onion
    oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 large or 2 small carrots
    3 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Heat corn oil in a large pan.
    Cut meat in 1-inch cubes and chop onion.
    Brown onion and meat in hot oil.
    After all water has cooked out, brown flour in the hot oil.
    Cut carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
    Add with enough water to cover well.
    Simmer until well done.
