Rib-Eye Steaks With Roquefort Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 drops hot sauce
    4 small (3/4 to 1 lb.) rib-eye steaks
Preparation
    Combine
    first
    6 ingredients.
    Beat at medium speed of an electric
    mixer until smooth.
    Spread a thin layer over top of each
    steak.
    Place
    on
    lightly
    greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4
    inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
