Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 egg whites
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Then add water, stirring well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until transparent. Cool.
Beat egg whites and salt until foamy.
Continue beating while adding cooked mixture into egg whites.
Beat until stiff peaks form.
Put on top of pie, being sure to seal to crust. Brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
