Scalloped Potatoes With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    pepper to taste
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    butter (dot on top)
Preparation
    Mix soup and milk in bottom of casserole dish.
    Layer potatoes, onions and cheese.
    Repeat layers and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes, uncovered.
