Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 large chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    5 lb. potatoes, sliced
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except potatoes, and heat until cheese is melted.
    Slice potatoes and cook until almost done.
    Layer potatoes in large baking pan.
    Salt and pepper.
    Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Top with French fried onions and bake another 5 minutes.
