Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. each, chopped: onion, green pepper and whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    canola oil
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 4 patties.
    Panfry in small amount of oil.
    Brown on both sides.
    Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
