Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    medium onion, chopped
    1 can beef consomme
    1 soup can water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add water.
    Add cubes to dissolve.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
