Reduced Calorie Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    8 oz. low-fat peach yogurt
Preparation
    Gradually beat sugar into margarine until mixture is light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Combine flour and soda; add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in lemon rind, vanilla and yogurt.
    Pour batter into 10-inch Bundt pan coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 15 minutes; remove from pan.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    Makes 24 (1-inch) slices; 156 calories per slice.
