Amish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Herman
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine Herman, oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar, stirring well after each addition.
    Sift together remaining dry ingredients. Stir into Herman mixture.
    Pour into 2 greased and sugared loaf or cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans to cool on racks.
    Nuts, raisins, candied fruit, etc., can be added to mixture.
