Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 or 9 large boiled potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
small amount white pepper
small amount lite salt
2/3 c. light mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Boil and peel potatoes and dice.
Add chopped onion and celery.
Add pickles and eggs. Add remaining ingredients.
Chill before serving.
