5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    3 to 4 potatoes, cut in pieces
    2 onions
    1 pt. tomatoes
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. peas
Preparation
    Mix all together except peas.
    Add the peas 15 minutes before serving.
    Bake in a covered casserole for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    If it looks too dry, add a little water.
