Tender Crust Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Add butter, sugar and salt to scalded milk.
    Stir to mix well. Let cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast to cooled milk mixture; stir until dissolved.
    Add 1 cup flour; beat with rotary beater until well blended.
    Add eggs; beat until smooth.
    Mix in remaining flour until thoroughly blended.
    Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
    Knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
