Hot Potatoes And Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. frankfurters
    1 lb. butter
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 c. sliced cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown frankfurters in butter in skillet.
    Remove from skillet; stir soup mix, flour, sugar and pepper into pan drippings plus 1/2 cup water and vinegar.
    Stir well.
    Add frankfurters.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add potatoes and sour cream.
    Heat just to boiling point.
