Deviled Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

100 oysters
1 bunch celery, chopped fine
1 onion, grated
1 Tbsp. butter
6 toasted crackers, crushed
2 eggs
pepper and salt to taste
parsley to taste
Preparation

You will need an oak plank, one-inch thick and as long and as wide as a large platter that is a satisfactory device for broiling fish.
For planking or broiling, it is best to use thin, flat fish such as mackerel or fish steaks.
