Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix (2 layers)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans pie filling (cherry)
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Preparation

Bake cake as directed.
Let cool.
Crumble 1 layer of cake in a punch bowl.
Add 1/2 pie filling, pineapple, pudding mix, Cool Whip and 1 package of coconut.
Repeat the steps.
