Coleslaw Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon or lime gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped or shredded cabbage
    4 Tbsp. diced green pepper and/or 4 Tbsp. diced pimento
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 or 2 small carrots, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Blend in mayonnaise, vinegar and salt.
    Chill until practically set.
    Beat until fluffy; add vegetables.
    Pour into a 1-quart mold.
    Chill until firmly set.
    Unmold and garnish with sliced radishes and/or cherry tomatoes.
