Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white corn, drained
    2 c. meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 small grated onion
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix meal, flour and cheese.
    In separate bowl, mix eggs, corn, onion, oil and peppers.
    Combine all ingredients and add buttermilk.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
    Makes 18 muffins.
