Rice Soup With Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    5 c. water
    1 c. long grain white rice
    6 or 7 green onions, chopped and sliced
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Add broth and water to 5-quart pot; bring to a boil.
    Add rice, onions, parsley and lemon rind.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until rice is done.
    Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Lo-cal and low-fat; about 185 calories.
