Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 head cauliflower
    1/2 c. green onions
    1 lb. bacon, dried and fried
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Arrange in layers, broken lettuce, broken cauliflower, onion, bacon and half of mayonnaise.
    Repeat for 2nd layer.
    Chill. Before serving, cut through with a knife once or twice.
    Can be made the day before.
