Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water, plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    9 lasagna noodles, cooked
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion, garlic and oregano in oil.
    Stir in spinach; cook until tender and liquid evaporates.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soup, cottage cheese and egg; set aside.
    Arrange 3 lasagna noodles over sauce; spread with 1/2 of spinach filling.
    Sprinkle with 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
    Arrange 3 more noodles over cheese; spread remaining filling.
    Sprinkle with another 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese.
    Top with remaining 3 noodles and remaining sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle rest of Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake 5 more minutes.
