Peach Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope orange flavored artificially sweetened gelatin
    1 c. water
    4 whole cloves
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 unsweetened peach halves
Preparation
    Simmer cloves and cinnamon in water 1/2 hour.
    Remove whole cloves.
    Dissolve gelatin in the spiced water; allow to cool.
    Add vinegar after mixture has cooled.
    Slice one peach half into each of six individual molds.
    Pour gelatin mixture into molds; allow to set.
    Unmold on lettuce leaf; garnish with a sprig of parsley. Yield:
    6 servings.
    Carbohydrate 6 g, protein 0 g, fat 0 g, calories 24.
    One serving = 1/2 fruit exchange.
