Salmon Mouse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 (7 oz.) cans drained salmon
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. drained capers
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Place over hot water, stirring until dissolved (double boiler).
