Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    6 green onions, sliced
    1 pkg. frozen green peas
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 c. cooked rice (cold)
    salt and pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or skillet.
    Stir in onion and cook 2 minutes. Add peas.
    Stir in rice.
    Coat with oil and peas.
    Stir 2 to 3 minutes. Pour beaten eggs over rice.
    Cook, stirring often, until eggs are set.
    Mix soy sauce and sugar.
    Add and stir.
    Season to taste.
