Quick Dinner Rolls("A Favorite From The '76 Cookbook.") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in water.
Beat well.
Add egg, flour and shortening.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Stir down raised dough.
Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins.
Let rise again. Bake 15 to 20 more minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
(Raisins may be added, plus 2 more tablespoons sugar.)
