Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar minus 3 Tbsp.
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. raw carrots, grated
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Preparation

Sift
dry
ingredients\ttogether except sugar.\tCombine eggs, sugar
and\toil
and mix well.
Add carrots, raisins and flour mixture and blend lightly.
