Microwave Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. meat, cut in strips (top round roast is best)
    1 tsp. Accent (flavor enhancer)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. Season-All salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    crushed red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in a large bowl.
    Add meat strips; let set overnight.
    Drain and put on paper towels.
    Lay on microwave bacon tray.
    Cook on High 3 to 4 minutes.
    Turn and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
