Ingredients

1 cups fresh carrots, sliced
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation

Steam carrots for 10 to 15 minutes over boiling water.
In a mixing bowl, combine drained carrots with butter, marmalade and pecans. Serve while hot. Yield: 4 servings.
