Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 (No. 2) can Dole unsweetened crushed pineapple
4 slices cubed bread
1 stick melted butter
Preparation
-
Beat flour, sugar and eggs with spoon.
Add pineapple with juice.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Stir melted butter into bread cubes until bread is soaked with butter.
Sprinkle bread cubes on top of casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8. Preparation time:
15 minutes.
