Microwave White Sauce - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in quart size measuring cup on High for 30 seconds.
Add flour and seasonings; stir well.
Add a little of the milk and stir until smooth, then add the rest of the milk and stir well.
Microwave for 2 minutes on High.
Stir well and microwave for 2 minutes, until sauce thickens.
