Peg'S Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. deli corned beef
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 slices rye bread, cubed
Preparation

Tear beef into bite size pieces and place into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Spread on dressing.
Drain sauerkraut and place on top of beef.
Add cheese.
Top with bread cubes, which have been tossed with butter.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 6.
